Allied Controls is not in the business of profiting from freight charges. On the majority of the products we provide, we forgo absorbed shipping costs in favor of very low sale prices, and we charge only what it costs us to ship the product to you. We usually ship via UPS and have packages picked up from our warehouses daily. Orders over 85 pounds or fragile items may require LTL freight shipping.
Items with "In Stock" or "Factory Stock" availability are assumed to be in stock in the manufacturer's warehouse, and typically ship within 7 business days.
Items with "Factory Order" availability are shipped from the manufacturer and are assumed to have a lead time (time before shipping) of one week or more, but may ship sooner.
We do not always have real-time access to manufacturer inventories so these products may sometimes have build times or backorders that exceed typical lead times. We will notify you in such an event so that you may choose to accept the new lead time or cancel the order for a full refund.
Items marked "Factory Stock" or "Factory Order" are shipped directly from the manufacturer or other outside source (drop shipping). In some circumstances, drop shipping may not be possible and the products will be shipped to our location before we ship them out to you.
Items marked "In Stock" but with no availability numbers may ship from Allied Controls in Apopka, FL, or directly from the manufacturer, depending on shipping destination and inventory.

In Stock with Availability
Items listed with availability numbers (e.g., "Availability: 4") are stocked at the Allied Controls warehouse in Apopka, FL, and the number represents the quantity available in our inventory. Orders placed for items with availability numbers will be shipped the day or the following business day. In the event an item is listed erroneously as available, the customer will be notified and given the option to wait for the factory to produce the item or cancel and receive a full refund.

Orders placed for items in our local stock that ship via parcel carrier (UPS) before 3 PM Eastern on a business day, barring any unusual circumstance, are shipped the day they are processed. Orders placed after 3 PM Eastern will most likely be shipped the following business day. Orders for items shipped from the manufacturer or other sources are typically processed the day of order placement but may not ship the same day due to factory lead times or other outside factors such as holidays, acts of nature, etc. Transit times may also be delayed due to the same outside factors.
Next Day Air and Second Day Air shipping options apply to transit time in business days. Under normal circumstances, an order shipped with Next Day Air will arrive at its destination one business day after it is shipped out. It does not necessarily mean that the package will arrive the day after the order is placed. Business days are Monday - Friday except holidays.
Transit times may be delayed due to factors outside of the control of Allied Controls, such as weather, limited access, or package mishandling by the shipping company.
Parcel shipping charges are calculated by UPS at checkout, and are generally accurate for items shipped from our local stock. Parcel shipping charges calculated for Factory Stock / Factory Order items are estimated charges only, due to the nature of drop shipping. For example, some manufacturers may ship items from unpredictable locations or in oversized packages. If the final shipping amount differs from the total generated on our website, we will notify you before shipping so that you have the choice of accepting the new total or cancelling the order for a full refund.
We do not ship to PO Boxes. All addresses should include a street address, city, state, and postal code. If special instructions are necessary, please note them on the checkout page.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information; this includes matching the address with the correct postal code as entered in the checkout process. If the carrier is unable find the shipping destination due to customer error in entering the address, the shipping costs associated with returning the package to Allied Controls and re-shipping the package to its correct address will be the responsibility of the customer. Returned packages that the customer opts not to re-ship are subject to the return policy and standard restocking fees.
Orders over 85 pounds may be shipped via LTL freight. Please make sure that you are able to receive freight shipments at your location before ordering, or call us at 1-800-788-0955 for assistance.
All freight shipments are curbside deliveries unless otherwise noted. Please call customer service if you need other arrangements.
Freight shipping charges are estimates. We will notify you before finalizing the order if the final freight total will be different than the amount generated at checkout. Some unforeseen circumstances may incur additional charges, such as address corrections in transit, limited access, and lift gate requirement.

Please be sure to inspect your packages upon delivery.
- Examine both the packaging and the material inside to ensure there are no physical damages.
- If your material has arrived damaged, please note all damages on the delivery receipt and take photos if possible.
- Do not refuse shipments unless instructed to do so by Allied Controls.
Note: Damaged items MUST be reported Immediately.

In the event an order is undeliverable and returned due to circumstances such as incorrect address, package refusal, recipient business closed, or inaccessible to delivery driver, the buyer will be responsible for the original shipping charge and any charges incurred when re-shipping returned items. Please double-check your shipping address and notify us of any extended closures.
