Delivery Information

Allied Controls is not in the business of profiting from freight charges. We charge you what it costs us to send it to you. We usually ship via UPS and have packages picked up from our warehouses daily. Orders over 85 pounds or fragile items could require LTL freight. LTL freight costs calculated at checkout are considered estimates and may change after order placement, in which case you will be notified by our staff before charges are applied. Shipping costs on orders to be delivered outside of the contiguous US are to be considered an estimate only. Any order to be delivered outside of the contiguous US will have freight costs updated after order placement. We will notify you if the parcel shipping or freight charges need to be changed for any reason, and issue a full refund and cancel the order if not acceptable.

Factory Orders

Items listed as "In Stock" but have no availability numbers, "Factory Stock," or "Factory Order" are shipped directly from the manufacturer (drop shipped). In some circumstances, drop shipping may not be possible and the products will be shipped to our location before we ship them out to you.

Items with "In Stock" or "Factory Stock" availability are assumed to be in stock in the manufacturer's warehouse; however, we do not always have real-time access to manufacturer inventories so these products may sometimes have build times or backorders. We will notify you in such an event and will issue a full refund if the wait time is not acceptable.

Items with "Factory Order" availability are assumed to have a lead time (time before shipping) of one week or more. We do not always have real-time access to manufacturer inventories so we may be able to get the product out sooner!

We do not guarantee any ship times on items shipped from the manufacturer or other sources other than our local stock. However, you can call us at 1-800-788-0955 or email cs@alliedcontrols.com to verify availability before purchasing.

In Stock with Availability

Items listed with availability numbers are stocked at the Allied Controls warehouse in Apopka, FL. Orders placed for items with availability numbers (e.g., "Availability: 4") will be shipped the day or the following business day. Availability is updated as soon as an order is placed. In the event an item is listed as available and there is no availability, the customer will be notified and given the option to wait for the factory to produce the item or receive a full refund.

UPS Shipping Options

  • UPS Next Day Air
  • UPS Second Day Air
  • UPS Ground

Orders placed for items in our local stock with expedited shipping (2nd Day Air, Next Day Air) before 3 PM on a business day, barring any unusual circumstance, are shipped the day they are processed. Expedited orders placed after 3 PM EST will most likely be shipped the following business day. Expedited orders for items shipped from the manufacturer or other sources are typically processed the day of order placement but may not ship the same day due to factory lead times or other outside factors such as holidays, acts of nature, etc. Delivery times are never guaranteed.

Next Day Air and Second Day Air shipping options apply to transit time in business days. An order shipped with Next Day Air will arrive at its destination one business day after it is shipped out. It does not necessarily mean that the package will arrive the day after the order is placed. Business days are Monday - Friday except holidays.

UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. All addresses should include a street address, city, state, and postal code. If special instructions are necessary, please note them on the checkout page.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information; this includes matching the address with the correct postal code as entered in the checkout process. If UPS is unable find the shipping destination due to customer error in entering the address, the shipping costs associated with returning the package to Allied Controls Inc. and re-shipping the package to its correct address will be the responsibility of the customer. Returned packages that the customer opts not to re-ship are subject to the return policy and standard restocking fees.

Freight Orders

Orders over 85 pounds may be shipped via LTL freight. Please be sure to inspect your freight package using the guidelines below before accepting the delivery.

  • Examine both the packaging and the material inside to ensure there are no physical damages before the driver leaves.
  • If your material has arrived damaged, please note all damages on the delivery receipt and refuse the delivery.
  • All freight shipments are curbside deliveries unless otherwise noted. Please call customer service if you need other arrangements.
  • Additional fees apply if you wish to change your address once a shipment is already in transit.

Note: Damaged units MUST be reported Immediately.
