Damaged Product Protection
All products are inspected thoroughly prior to shipment and heavy-duty packaging is used to prevent shipping damages. However, accidents can happen and we'll assist you through every step of the return process. When you receive your products please inspect all boxes and packaging. In the event of a package damage, please call us immediately at 1-800-788-0955. Unless otherwise instructed please do the following:
- Note the damage on shipper's documentation.
- If possible, take pictures of the damage.
All packages must be opened and inspected within 7 days to ensure the ability to return damaged products. For product damage not discovered until the opening of packages please submit a Return request here: Returns for your records and call us at 1-800-788-0955 for return authorization and shipping address verification. Please document all damage with pictures if possible and email them to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All products sold by Allied Controls are covered against manufacturing defects by their manufacturer's warranty. Many products have the UL badge and are thoroughly tested prior to shipment. Please refer to our Warranty page here: Warranty for more information.
Made to Order
Made to Order products are made just for you. Due to this, Made to Order products are Non Returnable unless damaged during shipping or manufacturer's defect is determined by a licensed technician.
Products sourced from the manufacturer ('Factory Order', 'Factory Stock') are subject to their respective factory return policy, and are assumed to be Non Returnable unless damaged during shipping or manufacturer's defect is determined by a licensed technician.
Incorrect or Missing Items
Incorrect items, meaning delivered items that differ from items ordered by the customer, or missing items, must be reported to Allied Controls within 7 days of delivery in order to be eligible for replacement. There will be no charge to the customer for shipment of replacement items. If incorrect items need to be returned, a prepaid shipping label will be provided to the customer.
Accidental or Erroneous Orders
Accidental or erroneous orders are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 15% or more. Items that were shipped from the manufacturer specifically for your order (i.e. drop-ship, build to order, etc.) may be Non Returnable depending on manufacturer policies. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. All original packing must be preserved to be able to return an erroneously ordered product. Electronic Components (e.g. boards, modules)
Sensitive electronic components such as circuit boards and control modules are assumed Non Returnable.
Refunds & Credits
Refunds and credits will be processed when damaged or erroneously ordered products arrive at our facilities. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to process.
