• Cla-Val parts and repair kits with Factory Order status may have a factory lead time of 1-2 weeks or more. To request factory lead time, please contact us before ordering.
• Most complete piloted valves (ie model 50-01, 124-01, etc.) with Factory Order status ship in 2-3 weeks.
• Orders under $150 may take an additional 4-7 business days to ship due to factory minimum policies.

Items shipped from Cla-Val are subject to Cla-Val's cancellation and return policies:

• Orders that have been processed are subject to a cancellation charge of 35% ($100 minimum). Specially produced models cannot be cancelled.
• Customers must obtain approval within 30 days of shipment before returning any material.
• Cla-Val reserves the right to refuse the return of any products.
• Rubber goods such as diaphragms, discs, o-rings, etc., cannot be returned for credit.
• Parts and kits authorized for return are subject to a 40% ($100 minimum) restocking charge. Piloted Control Valves authorized for return are subject to 50% ($300 minimum) restock fee for inspection, reconditioning, replacement of rubber parts, retesting, repainting, and repackaging as required.
